Autovelle™ arranges delivery to destinations displayed as available when an order is submitted through the website.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete recipient name and accurate delivery information.
Available items are normally prepared for dispatch within two to four business days unless another period is stated.
Estimated transit time begins once the parcel has been accepted by the applicable delivery provider.

Displayed delivery periods are estimates for general planning and are not guaranteed arrival appointments. Weather, public holidays, customs procedures, transportation interruptions, carrier volume, remote-area service, and local conditions may affect delivery.

Products placed in one order may be stored or prepared at different fulfillment locations. They may therefore be dispatched separately, receive different tracking references, and arrive on different dates.

Tracking information may take additional time to become active after dispatch. Parcel scans and tracking updates are maintained by the delivery provider and may not record every stage of movement.

Changes to the delivery address cannot be guaranteed after order preparation begins. A parcel returned because of incomplete details, refusal, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may require a new delivery arrangement.

International parcels may be subject to customs inspection, import conditions, local duties, taxes, or documentation requirements established by destination authorities.

When tracking records a parcel as delivered but it cannot be found, customers should check entrances, mail areas, designated safe locations, household members, neighbors, reception staff, building management, and carrier notices before reporting the issue.
